We took our Titanium 5th wheel from Orlando to Savannah and set it up for a friend to full-time for two months while her house was being finished. She did fine although het total previous RV experience was a week or so in a TT with family in upstate New York.
I set it up and tested everything on a FHU site and left detailed instructions for each system (A/C, Fridge, Hot Water, Holding Tanks, Furnace, propane refills, etc.) written out and in a loose leaf binder so she could find anything quickly. In large letters on the front was my cell phone number.
She and her cat did fine through some cold and nasty spring weather. The only thing she couldn't manage by herself was pulling propane tanks to get them refilled. For a small tip, the park's maintenance man came by after hours (The park claimed insurance prohibited it on company time.) and switched them out for her.
Give it a shot.
