We have a fiver permanently set up in Florida.
We leave the keys with a person who checks it occasionally.
A couple of years ago, during the summer, she called
asking if we would consider allowing people
who were coming in for a funereal to use our trailer
for a couple of days.
Of course we said yes.
When we got down in the fall, the trailer was neat as a pin and a nice thank you note was on the table,
We still have no clue who these folks were.
Would we do it again?
Sure, why not?
