If you leave your local channels area, how do you connect to local channels in the area you are in ? Thanks for all replies.

You can't receive your locals but you have 2 options for the networks via DirecTV.
1. Call DirecTV and have them change your "service" address to the address where you're currently located. Leave your "billing" address unchanged.
2. File a DirecTV RV waiver and pay $15-$20 a month to receive the east and/or west coast networks anywhere in the US. You'll have to mail a copy of your RV registration to DTV along with the RV waiver.
