I've had the same problem with Chinese tires. My rule is never exceed 65 MPH,keep tire pressure at 65 PSI, and try to find USA made tires. One of my tires separated the tread that went through the floor of my trailer taking out the dining table. Tire still held pressure so a tire monitoring system would not have helped.
