most public campgrounds are closed in most but not all states. with certain exceptions i think you’ll find most privately owned parks are open. best stategy is to call ahead, make reservations and pay online/over the phone). i prefer over the phone...lesz chance for confusion.
we’re in phoenix, home is in chicago. i called all of the usual parks we use and found between here and there (AZ, NM, TX, OK, MO and IL) and all are open. will check again before we head out but i don’t think we’ll have any problem. i don’t think you will either.
