Long distance travel during the virus pandemic

Anyone traveled long distance recently in an RV? My wife and I need to get back home to Seattle, WA from South Florida in our truck camper. I know many(most?) campgrounds are closed but we are pretty ...

I'd head about anywhere if I had to go, but I'd carry plenty of food and snacks so I would only have to stop for gas and to sleep.
