We left our home in Oklahoma in mid-July, traveled northeast into the Canadian Maritimes, spent four weeks on PEI, two weeks in Nova Scotia, about ten days in upsate New York. Others stops were for one or two night stays.
We are now in Syracuse, New York, and will leave for home today. We do eat out a lot, probably about half-and-half. To this point, we are approaching the $10,000 mark. We've logged 4200 miles, with about 1600 to go.
Of that $10,000, $1500 is auto and RV repairs, and another $1300 is in Canadian and British food items.
After we get back to the rez, I will be living on pemmican and bologna sammichs.
