Looking for a sleeper sofa

The sleeper sofa we now have is the inflatable bed type... by morning it's significantly deflated. I've changed it out twice with new aereo beds with the same outcome. I'm fed up with the inflatable option and I want to replace the sofa with the type that you just fold out and it's ready to sleep on. I realize that I will loose the storage space underneath but I'm more than willing to give that up.

Right now I'm looking at the trifold ones that they sell in CW.

Has anyone tried these? How do you like it?
How hard is it to take apart, put it in the trailer, etc...

Welcome your thoughts and comments.

Thanks in advance

  • Replaced our hide a bed with a love seat. An air mattress on the floor is easier to deal with and more comfortable. If it not an option with you guest you can Google hotel rooms for them.
  • I have not slept on a tri fold but I have looked extensively at them. If my slide was 2 inches deeper I would have one. I had a dealer open one up and laid on it for awhile and it seemed to be one of the most comfortable sofa sleepers I was ever on.
  • If you are ever near Elkhart Indiana look at Bradd and Hall. Much better selection than CW.
  • Look at Lazy Boy furniture stores. Also there are several online retailers of RV furniture that you should be able to find something.
