A 25ft ultra light trailer should be well below 8500lbs GVWR and more likely to be no more than 7000 GVWR. There’s no reason why a one of the HD half tons couldn’t do the job reasonably loaded. If you do go 7500 lb GVWR or higher I would recommend a heavier TV. While searching for a new TV the F150 HDPP was a consideration but for my 8500lb GVWR trailer. While the HDPP does certainly help with truck loading, Ford still puts tow ratings about the as max tow vehicles. They give it a 4800lb rawr but the wheels used are only rated 2275lbs each. Ford won’t come right out and say it but the HDPP is just for increasing truck payload stand alone. You can’t use the extra payload capacity or excess rawr to load extra pin or hitch weight over the 10% or %15 max trailer weight ratings.
