Are you happy with how they handled the resolution? If so, make appt with management and tell them so.

Unhappy? Same...

Mistakes happen. It's how corrective actions are handled that matter. If they handled it well, they should be recognized accordingly. Sure, tell them you weren't happy with the error, but the team made it right, and that's what matters.

Unless Im totally reading this wrong.
