Looking for advice when dealership has caused damage to rv

Regardless of you being happy about how they finalized the issue or not, talk to management to get the full story of how this could have happened. Get it in writing that if any future problems occur because of the water, they are responsible for fixing it. Are there any gadgets or options you could ask them for in lieu of your experience or compensation being it was a new RV? Perhaps a package of toilet paper? :)
