Hi folks. Anyone have recommendations for a campground in Huntington Beach California. 40 foot rig with Toad. Beginning of November for 4 days. As close to Hyatt Regency as possible. Thanks in Advance.John and Angela.

Right next to huntington beach is newport beach. The resort is as good as it gets around there. If you time it right you can watch the champions tour play golf across the street.

If you go to Newport Dunes, plan on spending big bucks to stay there!

Looking at street view google maps there seems to be LOTS of RV's in what looks like dry camping lots. Any comments? Here's the thing. My brother and Sister in law are staying at the Hyatt and we would like to be as close as possible. Thanks in advance.

I think Newport is $50 a night. Other choice is Long Beach but bet they are full without reservations. Newport will have openings in the winter. We've stayed at both last year. Nothing else I am aware of in the area. I wouldn't stay in north Long Beach. The RV park in Torrance is in a bad crime area. If you stay at Newport ask for a site away from the beach. Much cheaper.

THISIs as close as you can get to the Hyatt, it's almost directly across the street.

We have a winter home in HB. There are plenty of camping areas all up and down the PCH, but be sure to book early.

Sunset Vista and Huntington By the Sea are both nice and within range of the Hyatt. A little pricey in my opinion...probably $55 a night or better. If you have your bikes with you, you can get just about anywhere.

I am hitting the one across the street the 31st, it is great for beach access and a pleasant walk to shops and resturants. The pier is right there too. It is actually a parking lot in summer and a RV Park in winter months. You can PM me IF you want to discuss.
