Looking for covered storage in or near St. Augustine

I own a site at Bryn Mawr in St. Augustine and before leaving last year I purchased a park model that we will be staying in and renovating while there this year between November and May. I have a 35' Dynamax DQ320XL (2015) and am looking for a covered or indoor storage area to park in in Januay, February, March and April....Not having any luck finding a place and thought I would post here for suggestions from those who may live in the area. I'm also looking for a spot with electric so I can keep it plugged in. I will be using it a few weekends each month....any suggestions.
