The NOAA site map looks like what I was remembering and it does have what I wanted. I just don't remember it being a NOAA site. Oh well.
I looked at the weather underground site and didn't find all of the info.
The Weatherbase site has the info and easier to use averages.

Bill - Jim_ShoeExplorerI use Weatherbase. Many cities and towns within each state. It shows altitude and monthly numbers for high, low and average temps, precipitation (amount and type), days above 90 and below freezing, humidity, etc. over many years. Its a freebee.
