looking for sticky on inspections

I am maybe going to be getting a new to me class c, from 2005, If, the dealer can decide to sell -- yes its unfortunately at one of those places. Been haggling for two months now,... Yawn.

Is there a sticky on how to do a thorough inspection? What do you need to bring with? Are there lists, tips, etc.
