JJ..I see you also tow with a conversion van..what are your specs on it and your TT? My mechanic/friend convinced me to give up my Wildwood because of weight...I never had a problem with it. Now I have a 24 ft camper and sure need more room..! I like a front LR and rear BR..we need to sleep separately hence the need for sofa or dinette to stay open comfortably....maybe I need to look at other brands huh? Not many rear BRs out there.
