Looking to have used Coach Lift chair installed

Could anyone suggest an RV repair center or a very good mechanic in the southeast PA, southern NJ, northern DE, northeast MD areas that would be willing to install a used Coach Lift chair on an RV. ...

The liability is probably what's scaring people off.
Try a local welder for the frame part, the rest sounds easy. The mobile repair guys seem to be more willing to go out of the box and may be willing to do the rest.
