Good idea! While almost all RV parks brag about having wifi - the reality is that you can't depend on it. At one point, Ed and I were looking to buy a condo in FL, while visiting there in our 5th wheel. To access listings, I had to get up a few hours before dawn to actually log on and have a decent internet connection.
Maybe you should try a week-long road trip in your car first - to make sure your system provides the data you need? Once that is confirmed, then tackle RVing....
Yes, my research indicates that RV park wifi is next to useless so I won't even be bothering with that. Good idea on the car thing, might give that a try.
