Last year we had a banner year traveling. 6,000 miles in 6 weeks our long trip.we have had several years in the recent past where we were on the road seeing 55,000 miles in the the last 6 years. I kinda feel like the OP this year as some of the zing has left. I am looking forward to another season but plan to lay back this year. Have spent about $4,000.00 this winter getting the coach worked on and maintenance that is necessary. Rear brakes, bearing races etc.. then a front end steering issue along with a Break cylinder leak. Nothing too big just needed to be done and I am getting a little older to do the back axle work. We have been in many mountain ranges and that driving has worn on me a little with last years trip to ND,MT, Wa, Or, CA. Utah and all the mountains along the way. So I know the feeling and plan to enjoy our State more and spend down time for a couple of weeks within 500 miles of home. My old girl still runs like a dream and I have no future intention of trading her especially with the 11+ mpg with the little cummins. But I can see where the OP is coming from I think we all need to change the stride from time to time.
