low point valve hole

Can you at least tell us what material it is made of? A picture would be wonderful, every brand has a different type of drain.

this is the drain pipe to the fresh water system. I cannot get pressure with this hole to use my taps as the pump keeps slugging..

is it as easy as twisting it off?
its in the middle of the trailer. no access to where the pipe meet the fresh water tank unless i take off about 30 screws to the thin metal under the trailer..
