LowClearances.com, anybody use it?

For those who don't know, you can check for low clearances on your GPS before you leave. Here's how I do it on my Garmin:
1. Put in your destination
2. Select "where to" again
3. This time, click the button "near" and select "search along my route"
4. Go to your custom POIs and select low clearances
5. And there you go! It will tell you if there are any low clearances along the route!
