Thanks for the info everyone. I know several are saying that the battery will be a problem, but it has never been a problem with a 3 day winter trip before, I have a large solar panel that even on cloudy days will re-charge my deep cylce battery to full. My deep cycle battery is a larger size than most, I modified some things just for this, I forget the amp hour rating but it is more than the standard battery that would come with the camper. I also have 2 jumper packs fully charged for extra backup. Worst case I will start our vehicle and hook up jumper cables to charge the battery.
I'm going to look at an 11 lb. cylinder today that Menards has in stock, I might be able to fit that inside the camper, I also have a couple of 1 lb. bottles that I'm bringing, and an adapter to hook them up with, I might use these during the day for the fridge and stove.
