Macerator Pump
Have you used a macerator pump to empty the waste tanks on your RV into the sewer at your home? Has this been a satisfactory way to empty the tanks?

The first purchase after our new to us class A was a macerator. While I guess now I could deal without at first the thought of the 3-4" (Whatever the size) sewer hose and storage of was not something that excited either of us. We've used it basically issue free for 6 months now. I had to disassemble it one time to remove a clog from the grey water bypass but haven't had issues since (that was my fault for not rinsing after flushing the black tank). We've got a drain hose if anything ever fails but it's still boxed up and we hope to never have to use it.
