Making Business Cards

Several years ago, I printed up business for the two of us to pass out to new friends. I used Laser-cut, preprinted cards that came with a number of various images already printed on them. These gave an attractive card without having to use a lot of ink to color in the background image.

Needing to update and reprint some, I can not find the preprinted cards anywhere, only blank white ones. Has anyone seen the preprinted ones anywhere?? I have checked online, and at all the office supply vendors in this area.
