My TO 20 is fairly easy to start :) Got to know how to operate it.
Inspections on trailers will not prevent improper hitch-ups.
More licence requirements will not prevent all accidents. Oh yea, ya never see a tractor trailer have an accident. But an 80000 lb vehicle can do alot of damage.
Car & any vehicle inspections are fine but the stats show no difference in accidents in states that have inspections & ones that do not. & if you know the right people you can buy inspection stickers any way. But you defeating the purpose. But some do.
