The state troopers in NC filed felony charges on an individual that had an inadequate tow vehicle for a TT which started fishtailing, turned the whole rig over on the I40 median, killed the drivers son and seriously injured his daughter. I hope he ended up sitting in prison thinking about his children because of his refusal to get an adequate tow vehicle. These dummies endanger everyone on the hiway.
