Manufacturers - How Do You Answer This

This thread is one of the best yet. Just when I thought that there was no one left with a clue about quality, you folks came out and told it like it is.
I visited the factory that built my trailer last fall. One thing that really stood out was where they drilled two 5/8" holes, in the aluminum frame right on the front corner, so wires could be pulled thru. This weakened the frame to almost zero strength. The holes had sharp burrs that will surely cause shorts in an area that is almost impossible to repair. This is just one example. I don't want to write a book.
I was at a show in York, PA this past weekend and was approached by a lady from the dealership where I bought my trailer. She says I look familiar. I told her that my trailer was purchased from this dealership 3 years ago, and it was the worst purchase decision of my life. I didn't get loud or disrespectful in any way. Instead of asking what the problem was, or what could be done, she ushered me out of her display area. As mentioned above, they really, really don't care.
