Manufacturers - How Do You Answer This

If they don't acknowledge a problem in the industry, or don't respond at all, they're off the list. If they don't provide a sincere, believable answer to the problem in general, and an answer describing how they are combating the problem within their own company, they're off the list.
Once a manufacturer provides a satisfactory response, I'll further evaluate their product and conclude my purchase decission.
