Manufacturers - How Do You Answer This

That's alright westend; there are all types. I really believe the problem in the industry stems from too many consumers accepting shoddy work. And travelnuts is right in an aspect of his comments, I am overly intense in things I care about. Plus, I do have a good sense of humor so I delight in anybody telling me I make good jokes. Isn't that what he said?

Anyway, I received responses from two manufacturers already. I won't say who, or their replies exactly until I get more, and/or evaluate the value of posting details. But hey, it's going to help me.
