Manufacturers - How Do You Answer This

I am considering your truck camper product. I have a new travel trailer I purchased one year ago that I must first sell. The trailer looked good, but after purchase I became aware of many little problems reflecting poor quality build, workmanship, assembly and perhaps then – quality assurance on the line.
We have discovered the travel trailer style is not our way and are going to return to a truck camper. As I research my truck camper purchase, I ran across an entry on the Good Sam Open Roads Forum and used it to start this attached forum thread. I would like to hear your response before further evaluation of my purchase decision from your company.
