I've run in to a few hosts who think they are the boss, CEO or what have you.
My reaction is to ignore them and carry on with my assigned duties. It makes them go crazy and it makes me laugh. I have heard threats of being fired and even threatened with physical force by these power crazed hosts. I just continue ignoring them and walk away.
I haven't been fired nor experienced the threatened physical force yet. Basically they are just overly impressed with themselves and tend to let their alligator mouth over run their chicken butt.
Now if they are the "Host In Charge" and designated as such by management and are in to micro management I just leave and tell management why.
There are just to many places out there looking for free help to put up with that kind of situation.
