I totally agree. DW and I have been doing this for 5 years now and seen this several times. They tell ya this is the way they do it and you should too even though the manager says different. We ignore them and do our jobs. It is hard to put on that plastic smile when working with them. Rotation is good, a fresh face is good, new worker enthusiasm is good. I did 21 years in the Air Force and they believed if you stayed in one place too long you start to get stagnant. Now on the other side of the coin we've seen workers that have been in one spot for years and were some of the greatest people we've met.
