We've done 7 volunteer positions in the last 4 years three of then twice and have been asked back to all. Our opinion is that two terms are enough as we want to travel and experience the country east, west, north, south. We recently visited another couple that has been bouncing between two parks winter-summer, north-south for a half dozen years, the wife confided that when they went full time she thought they were going to see the USA not the same two areas year after year. Why were they just doing two locations, the managers kept asking them back.
