Many of us have run into this when volunteering

I'm not sure there needs to be more rules but I agree that hosts should be rotated. I have volunteered for a number of VA state parks, I do not stay more than a month at a time. I do like to return to several of them that have become my favorites but you have to keep in mind why you are there...to see that the guests have a pleasant stay. I have been treated very well, always asked back and I offer my opinions when asked but as a volunteer I try to keep things in prespective.
