Marcus is a likable person and a shrewd business man. You do not rise to the ranks of CEO of a company that large (GSE) without being pretty sharp. It doesn't mean CW will always make everyone happy but I do accept that he is attempting to change the business for the better. The results sometimes show and sometimes they don't. It is impossible to have all the best people possible in every location and make a profit for a large company in a retail/service business. It is also impossible to please everyone because some people can never be satisfied. I shop my local CW store because I choose to and like the selection. If I dont like the price I shop somewhere else. A few folks on this forum think that somehow CW is suppossed to be all things to all people, never screw up and always have the lowest price. To use a popular commercial line; "Thats not how this works, thats not how any of this works"
