Marcus Lemonis speaks out

He is running a business by today's rules.

Doesn't require that we like it. Frankly, I don't like the way most businesses are run today.

His 'empire' includes a lot of things - including supporting these forums - which ain't cheap.

Everytime you log on here - you help make his business model work to his advantage.

The company makes more money selling warranties, insurance, roadside assistance, service and parts....

...and they don't even do this well. They could make so much more money and have less debt if they just improved their customer service and reputation in these areas.

He is trying to make money? No surprise there.
