Max Fan will not turn on no humming either

Got a response from MaxAir - Will need to first find out if power is coming into the fan, if there isn't they said it is probably the control panel which they will send another one to me. There are 2 possibilities to turn it on using the on/off button or turn it on by using the thermostat control button. Neither one will turn it on.
It is a manual deluxe model (no remote) Going to check for incoming power but have to get a tester somewhere first. Hopefullly it is just the electronic board and we can replace that ourselves (I think LOL)
