Maximum tow speed for 6500 lbs Toy Hauler with two axles

Out on the open highway I'll hit the low 70s but in towns even if not busy I slow to 65 or under. In California I drive 60-62 with the rigs, but tend to speed up to pass them then back down. California is 55mph for anything towing but 55-62 is usually safe.
