I have one over the bed in our small TT and had an issue with it. the fan blade rubbed on the housing and so I called them and they sent me a new one. I feel they have good customer service as does fantastic air. in fact I have both fans installed in the little TT. I chose the maxx air because of the noise level over the bed and once I got the new maxx air installed the fan worked great. noise level was acceptable and it also has the thermostat feature so in the early morning it will shut down so I don't get too cold.
