Maxxis M8008 self-destruct
Hi all, I wanted to post an experience I had with Maxxis M8008 trailer tires. This is my first post here, so I hope this is the right forum for trailer tire issues, and I hope this is not too long...

Once again the maxxis faithful are blaming the operator .
On average there has been one or two reports of a maxxis failure on this message board each month for the last two years .
Regular readers are aware of this .
That stretch of I-5 is a better section than the California sections of I-5 .
I drive it all the time as dozens of posters on this forum do .
Nothing unusual about that road .
The maxxis brand , made by Chang-Shin Rubber of Taiwan is just another cheap ST tire made in Asia .
There are upgrades available .
Do a search : Kumho 857 (14") and Goodyear G26 cargo (15")
