If you're determined to use something other than an ST, you might also consider the Michelin Agelis. Despite its "designation" as a 15 inch tire, it looks to me like its dimensions are nearly identical to the Kumho you're looking at; its load limit is slightly lower (1874@55 lbs), but still within your requirements. And at the PSI closer to that you know your rims to be capable of.
