We did 22-day sea & land tour last year, Alaska & Yukon. Loved it. Did not sign up for a meal plan and very glad we didn't. Had OUR choice of restaurants and menus. Didn't add up the dollars & cents but guesstimate we spent about the same as a meal plan would have cost us.
