Actually, with a supplemental plan, you can get services from any hospital/doctors/lab that accepts Medicare.Of course you can. But whether the Supp will reimburse you for its share is determined by the rules of that plan. You obviously have a generous plan. But I can guarantee you that they are not all that way. And that is the major reason why the premiums vary.
