I use a Lincoln rechargeable grease gun. Never had a moments issue with it and with my arthritis, it is a very valuable piece of equipment for me. I have a TrailAir with Tri-Glide and the Tri-Glide has grease fittings that need to be hit every thousand miles or so. Put the Lincoln on the zerk, press the trigger for 1 click (1 click=1 pump of a handle) and I'm done. Wouldn't leave home without it and when we aren't traveling, I use it on all my other equipment. No awkward positions, no needing 3 or 4 hands. One hand on the fitting, squeeze the trigger, done.
Not familiar with the Milwaukee gun, but, the rest of their equipment is good to better, so, I suspect it would be an OK unit. Look at Lincoln though before you commit, you may find a better deal and I like my Lincoln.
