The problem with the electric devices like this is that the slow speed feed is usually still too high. I use a grease gun with a pistol grip so I do not need two hands to pump the grease and have one hand free to hold the tip to the grease nipple. For my truck I use a 90 degree adapter that helps get to fittings without having to bend the hose 180 degrees.
My current grease gun for the truck is a Plews 30-416 Professional Pistol Grease Gun that cost $33.65. It works perfectly and I grease the front end suspension fittings on my truck every 3,000 miles so it gets a lot of use.
An electric grease gun would not save me any time and more likely it would take more time as I would be having to wipe off excess grease at every fitting. I also would not want to overfill the rubber boots and break the dust seal which would shorten the life of the parts being lubricated.
