My job used to be to get things done and relocating two or three million people is a lot more complicated than simply saying "Get in your fancy cars and leave". The logistics are enormous and beyond comprehension. At least beyond the comprehension of some of our forum members. What are you going to tell hospital patients for instance? "Get out of here, there is a storm coming!" That sounds like a prudent plan. NOT!
