Mobility scooter

Have a mobility scooter with original name of iScooter. Now it has been renamed Wigshome Mobility scooters for seniors. We bought it from Amazon and it was a third party seller. We had the scooter for four months and it started acting up . You have to turn the key off and on several times before it finally starts to work. If you don't do this action, it will not move forward or backwards. Everything else seems to work, horn , lights and the charging system. Just wondering if anyone has had one of models and their experience. Thanks

    as a place to start looking, I would look at the conections of the wires having to do with the key switch.  it could be a lose conection or the cylinder could be wearing out its self causing intermitent contact.

    At first I wanted to laugh but in as much as this is a RV forum and not a mobility scooter forum, you have asked a more relevant question that is more like not get some valid feedback based on the age of the members here, than many of the ridiculous threads started.
