Never with mention, notice or anything. I have inquired a multitude of times... only ONCE have I received a response explanation from the moderator.
This type of moderation ticks me off. As a result, I start pushing the limits. I purposely post things I know are increasingly beyond the acceptable limits. I figure if the moderators enjoy their job so much, I'll give them a reason to moderate.
I'm actually surprised I have not been banned yet.
Maybe you can wear them down. :B
