Two main things:
When you quote me a price, tell me the bottom line price. Don't tell me the price is XXX, then when I arrive, or pay the bill, tell me oh yeah, there is a resort charge, and a wifi charge, etc.
Most problems happen at night and often there is no one in management around to report the problem to. Put a phone number in the handout to customers so that they can reach someone in charge, not the local police.
