I full time, and my major beefs are:
No outlining a site, so neighbors can take over half of yours.
No trimming of trees. I take up 13' 4" in height, and the trees are invariably cut to clear a 12' high trailer.
When you say big rig friendly, make sure you don't plant trees right at the exit end of your sites. many times, I have rented a pull through only to find I couldn't make the turn to get out because of a tree. Backing out is not that easy sometimes.
Enforce no parking on the roads. Many times I find that I don't have clearance to get out because of someone parking on a corner. If your quiet hours are 7.00 am to ?, I assume I am able to pull out at 7.05 am, but if I have to knock on someone's door at 7.05 am to get past their car parked in the road, he ain't going to be happy.
